Katie has served as in-house counsel for several pharmaceutical and medical device companies. She frequently lectures at educational seminars on legal issues affecting healthcare companies. Katie actively supports various charitable organizations including Legacies Alive, the National Diaper Bank Network and the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh Foundation Hearing Auxiliary, as well as several other organizations focused on improving disease research and education.   She received her B.A. in philosophy from John Carroll University and her law degree from Villanova University School of Law.
